Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ScriptSnap ("ScriptSnap", "we", "us"), a sole trader business based in Australia. By creating an account or using ScriptSnap, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ScriptSnap is a software-as-a-service tool that generates short-form video scripts and creator briefs using artificial intelligence, based on the product links, titles, tones and niches you provide.

2. Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to purchase plans and save scripts.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the service under a business entity.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• New accounts receive a small free credit allowance. Paid plans (Starter, Pro Agency) and one-off credit Top-Ups are billed in Australian dollars via our payment provider.
• Starter subscriptions receive 30 credits per billing month; credits reset each month and do not roll over.
• Pro Agency subscriptions include unlimited generations while the subscription is active.
• Top-Up credits are added instantly and remain until used, including after a subscription ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices include applicable Australian GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use ScriptSnap to generate content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.
• Don't resell or white-label the service itself, or scrape/abuse the API.
• You are responsible for ensuring generated scripts comply with advertising rules in your market (including AANA codes and platform policies) before publishing.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain all rights to the scripts and briefs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service. AI output may be similar to output generated for other users; we don't guarantee uniqueness.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), ScriptSnap is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or content decisions made based on generated output. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using ScriptSnap at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your saved scripts may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
